Fix it in order

Update MW4 to the current build, then restart the game.
Open the multiplayer playlist filter and look for Gunfight, not Quick Play.
Pick Kill Block 3v3 when it is listed; Kill Block 10v10 is a separate entry.
If only 10v10 appears, the playlist rotation has moved and 3v3 will return on the next rotation.
