Fix it in order

  1. Hold the POWER button for three seconds.
  2. Pick Power Options, then Restart.
  3. If the screen is frozen, hold POWER longer to force shutdown, then power on again.
  4. Launch MW4 and avoid Sleep Mode mid-match while the issue is being tracked.
