Fix it in order
- Restart MW4, then retry the same playlist once.
- Settings > System > System Software Update and Settings > Update System Software.
- Keep the console in a cool, ventilated spot and clear old game data you no longer use.
- If it keeps happening, contact PlayStation Support with the code and the time it happened.
