How to get UCTF
Base roster: UCTF is available without an extra purchase.
Operators in MW4 are cosmetic skins: they do not change health, speed or weapon stats. If you are deciding what to run with UCTF, start from the weapon database, then check the field upgrades that fit the role.
Full roster context, including every region and unlock route, is on the MW4 operators hub.
